Chapter 3: Gathering Memories: Finding Joy in Sorrow
The white moon shown so brightly as it covered the darkening sky. It cast an eerie yet comforting light over the ravaged and desolate Earth. The brave trio watched as a light fog rolled through that early morning over a large peaceful lake. Kurou and Ren had found and set up a campfire spot hidden amongst a cluster of trees. They had to clear away the brush that hid the campfire spot underneath for all of the green had overgrown and had begun to engulf everything in sight. Ren curled up on the ground next to the fire pit and it wasn't long before she was fast asleep. A little white kitten

Fragile Dreams: chapter 2
It had been a long day as Seto and Ren made their way through the quiet empty city in search of a fire pit in order to set up camp to rest their tired bodies. Once they had found one, they lit it up, laid down their weapons and sat next to flames to keep themselves warm.
"So, what happens now?"
The new voice in their small group spoke up. Seto and Ren looked at themselves and then at Kurou as he took another bite from a squashed burger. When it was just the two of them, they had been traveling together for a long time that they didn't really need words to communicate anymore. They could predict each other's actions and could complete each o

Seto propped himself up onto the kitchen counter and took off the locket around his neck. He looked down at it and ran his finger over the white and gold surface, and before he could open it, a male voice rang out.
"Hey Seto!" Crow hollered. Seto jumped and grasped the counter so he wouldn't fall off.
"Crow, you scared me," he murmured, turning red in the face. Crow chuckled. He was perched on the top of the fridge smiling down at the shy boy.
"Sorry," he chuckled and leaped from the refrigerator down next to Seto. Their noses just barely missed each other and Seto turned another s

Seto was restless. The kind where sleep just evaded you at all costs. Above him the stars danced along the inky expanse of the sky, the moon big and silver with it's comforting rays. Here he was, laying in the shredded remains of what was once a very durable sleeping bag, the bonfire close by having enough wood to go through the morning, staring up at the sky as his body begged for sleep, but his mind wouldn't let him. With a tired sigh, he sat up, looking around his environment once again. It once used to be part of a small market place, where there were people to and fro in search of fresh food for them and families. Now it was in shambles
He couldn't deal with it anymore. This feeling building up inside of him was terrifying and he couldn't take it. "Ren, I'm leaving and I'm not coming back." Seto uttered in a depressed voice. "Where are you going?" she asked calmly. "Ren, I need him. I need him more than I need anything, more than anyone else, more than I needed Personal Frame, or Sai, or even you!!! "Tears began to form in his violet eyes. "I know you don't understand, but I love him, and I always will." Tears came to her eyes as well, "I always knew, you could never love me as much as you love Crow, but Seto no matter what happens, I love you. I'm happy I met you, and even

CrowXSeto: Friends, Right?
The journey Seto was traveling to the Red Tower proved to be very difficult. Finding survivors in the dark, silent world was no easy task. That girl he saw, though the silver haired girl. She had been singing when he ran into her a beautiful voice she had. But she ran. With this, Seto followed her. That's when his true adventure began.
Seto climbed up a rusty ladder leading into the abandoned amusement park. A figure moved on top of the entrance gate. A boy? Why would there be someone HERE of all places? Seto looked up into the face of a boy with hair as black as the night around them. Even in the darkness, his eyes

Friends Last Forever
The summers continued pass slow and long. I shouldn't complain. I mean, I have someone to share those long days and nights with, someone to talk to when I am lonely. No, I have nothing to complain about. I should be happy. Ren is such a good friend, so understanding and kind. I feel like the luckiest person in the world in more ways than one to have her by my side. However, there are times, late at night, I wake up in a cold sweat. I dream of someone I can't have. I wake up crying again. I wish I could see my best friend one more time, to hear his voice make an insulting comment.
Crow.
My best friend.

second, Seto thought to himself. He walked into a grassy overgrown area with a teacup ride on it.
He approached the ride with caution. Suddenly, Crow popped his head out from under the seat in
one of the cups and startled Seto. "Whaa!" Seto jumped back pointing his flashlight in Crow's eyes. "Hey! Could you shine that thing the other way?" Crow scolded. "Sorry" Seto said lowering
his head. "Gees! What kind of manners do you have?" Crow asked annoyed as
